Hi
A while back I uploaded a photo to A.Net of BEA Viscount G-AOHU that had crashed at LHR in 1960 whilst landing, the photo was taken by my late Father in one of the hangars there.
Link to photo here,
Today I have been contacted by email by a 94 year old passenger on that flight, who obviously remembers being in the crash but as his memory is beginning to fail him (his words) would like to find out more info about what happened.
I have put some info on the details attached to the photo on A.Net that spells out what happened, but does anyone know any Viscount experts or has any links to more details that i can send to this chap ?
Thanks
Mike

Can but suggest that you contact the good people at the excellent Vickers Viscount site…everything you wanted to know about the Viscount but were afraid to ask etc. www.vickersviscount.net
More details of the G-AOHU incident can be found, under the relevant individual aircraft history.
