G-BRFC Sea Prince back on U.K register

Evenin’ all,

Been on G-INFO today and saw that the Bournemouth Sea Prince has been registered to it’s old marks. Is it a flyer?

Anyone got a bucket-full of money and somewhere to restore the Prince at Caernarfon? She’s ripe for restoration – but for how long? *sniff*

She’s parked up at Hurn in open store, with her feet sunk into the grass having been sat idle for a long time.
The potential is definitely there for a rebuild to fly!

Spoke to the pilot of the Pembroke @ Kemble on Sunday and he mentioned that it had recently been acquired by him. I think the plan is to put it back into the air but no mention of timescales etc.
Would be great to see – I grew up with Sea Princes flying over my head!
