G Flight Manston

Hi,

Does anyone have info on G Flight which was based at Manston and operated Galdiators (ex-615 Sqn aircraft) over Dunkirk between 20-31 May 1940?

Thumbing through a book of photos of Manston. I found one of Winston Churchhill. the caption reads :-
‘An important visitor chats with members of no. 615 Squadron, 28 the August 1940. Winston Churchill inspects the station and 615 who at that time had a detachment operating from Manston flying Gloster Gladiators (the squadron was later re-equipped with Hurricanes)’
