Yes, it was pretty white in June of last year.

I was looking forward to seeing this and have to admit to being a little disappointed. The tail logo needs to be higher and the fuselage logo lower, with both being bigger if it could be done. Let’s see what the Twotter fleet looks like when it’s painted.

Will be taking over. The BA franchise remains in place until October. Could this aircraft be headed for the new flybe Dundee routes in the meantime?

Cheers Guys for the comments
One left , was thinking that myself , as it has been parked outside since it arrived ( across from Stand 1 at GLA) , I arrived back from ABZ tonight and Notice that it was gone from there , checked sbs and it showed up on that so it has flown , not just towed to the hangar

I like it!! Was wondering when they were going to get around to finishing it off.

Whats the story here though? I notice its still got Loganair on the nose… on lease or is loganair now part of the Flybe group?

FlyBe have taken over the franchise that Loganair had with BA, the aircraft are operated by Loganair, just as before.

Brilliant! Really liking it!

Andy, Loganair are operating it as a franchise I believe, just like what LOG did for BA before, BA colours, but operated by Loganair.

😮 NASTY!!!! (Not the shot,Kev) that is the worst scheme ever seen on a Saab 340… Did the guys in the paint shop only have a wee pair of stepladders?:diablo: Also the “Flybe” title!!?!? Whats going on with that? are they maybe going to paint the rest on the window blinds?
Back to the drawing board with that one FlyBe!
(Mind you… the website addy on the engine, and “operated by Loganair” oh and Reg, look ok)

Yes I have to agree with you there looks rather squashed , the Tail logo looks to be set down to far , could have moved it futher up the tail

Kevin

Maybe it’s a deliberate attempt to make the aircraft look taller! The Saab 340 isn’t exactly over-endowed with headroom…. :diablo:

Nice image, Kevin.

not too sure that the scheme suites the Saab 340… the titles look alittle out of place and rather on the small side especially on the tail….
