As the thread title suggests it seems this airframe is very very shy, it was registered in the UK 13.11.13, and has been very camera shy ? A.Net = zero ! there seem to be only two photos out there ?? Based at Farnborough it visited Norwich for just under two hours this evening ! Was lucky to arrive at the right time 😀

Someone went to some trouble to paint the “windows” on the fuselage sides.
If it were a pure freighter, I doubt if anyone would have gone to the trouble.

This may be undertaking monitoring flights as has been seen on FlightRadar24 a number of times, particularly over London and the south. Perhaps police monitoring mobile phones.

If memory serves correctly (which it probably doesn’t) I seem to recall that Aerolease has its finger in a lot of different pies.

G-INFO has it registered to a company called Aero Lease at Farnborough if that’s any help.

Thanks EGTC ! Have been told, on another forum, today that it is doing offshore work ! It did visit Humberside before it’s arrival at Norwich ? so who knows ??

Interesting. Not seen that one before. I agree, must have a special use.

Hi Kev35 ! So nice to hear from you ! I don’t think this is a standard airframe ???? It has been suggested, on another forum, that this aircraft ‘may do survey type work for the Met Police’ mmmmm ?

Are all those aerials, lumps, bumps and gizmos a standard fir for that type?

The passengers seem to be very publicity shy as well! Nice photos.
