During my trip to Canada’s east coast this summer I had a chance to stop and visit two former Canadian Forces Bases, CFB Summerside, Prince Edward Island & Cornwallis, Nova Scotia. CFB Summerside closed in 1991 and CFB Cornwallis in 1994. Below are some of the pictures I took of the gate guardians at the former CFB Summerside.

CFB Cornwallis – Voodoo CF-101 101006 made the world’s last Voodoo flight when it was delivered to CFB Chatham, New Brunswick for display at CFB Cornwallis.
