Gathering of Eagles (1963) is listed as being on UK ch 5 at 1530 on Thur 23rd Aug.(1530 – 1730)
Rock Hudson and Robert Lansing in the usual story about Bombers and their crews at the time when the B52 was new in service,written by Sy Bartlett of 12 o’clock high fame.
This film is not available on dvd so is worth recording if you like old flying films.

And think, most of the KC-135s seen are still in service.
But, the B-52Gs, T-33, H-19 and antique ICBMs are long gone.
A bit corny by todays standards, but accurate technically…
