Did Caledonian not go to JMC then Thomas cook.

British Caledonian Airways, whose DC10’s are in these photos, merged into British Airways.

British Airways then used the name Caledonian Airways on it’s charter division. In due course this was sold, and yes, eventually it did become part of JMC.

Those were taken at LGW greekdude, and it’s changed a great deal since then.

Oops. 😮 I guess it wasn’t enough that the title stated they were from LGW.

Those were taken at LGW greekdude, and it’s changed a great deal since then.

The scanner I’m using just now is an Epson 3590 photo, scanns of slides etc arent perfect but the quality isnt too bad for about 80 quid

I have some from the sixties but i don’t have a scanner, i’ll see if i can get my daughter to scan them so i can post a few here

Certainly some blasts from the past there….Air Florida,Western and Braniff’s big orange 1. also an AIR UK Herald turbo prop…
