To celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Royal Air Force, Gatwick Aviation Museum is combining with local RAF association groups to hold a special public open day on the 30th of March 2008. During the day a number of aircraft cockpits will be open (weather permitting!). At 2 p.m. a ground run of Avro Shackleton MRIII PhIII four griffons will take place. (and the weather can’t stop this one!). Please come along and support both the museum and the RAF associations.

Gatwick Aviation Museum open day and Shackleton run – Sunday 30th
Just a last reminder, it looks like the weather is going to be against us, but we will try to open up a much as possible. It won’t affect the Shack run, WR982 will be open before and after the run almost no matter what the weather is like.
Come along and support one of the only “live” museums in the south; hear the unmistakable sound of four Griffons on song!
Thanks
Peter Mills and all at Gatwick Aviation Museum.
