Gazelle XZ301 Seat

I have spent an enjoyable afternoon sitting with a scalpel removing the surface paint and glue from a Gazelle seat.

Underneath the gunk is writing that I think reads XZ301 – which from UK serials was an Aerospatiale aircraft registered in 76 – that fits with the date on the BRITAVIA plate.

Two questions for Gazelle experts.

Is this the same seat for pilot and copilot or does the copilot folding decal means it is the co pilot seat ?

Second why were BRITAVIA involved in the Gazelle as I can only find them reselling Gazelle to Ghana at later dates ?
