George Williamson's Scrapyard, Scotland.

Does anyone have photos of the days when Williamson’s were scrapping aircraft on a daily basis?
I know that Bucc’s, Shackleton’s and Nimrod’s have been done to death there in the last 15 or so years and I believe that the yard in Moycroft Industrial Estate was the most prolific of the two two yards that Williamson’s had.

Nah, I have enough trouble avoiding pheasants round the country lanes of Hampshire as it, but thanks for the offer anyway.

Send me apes, ivories and peacocks and I would be sorely tempted.

How about some (slightly squashed) pheasants ? :diablo:

Sadly, it’s more the technical aspect of actually getting my scanner at home to work properly. I’ll do my best.

I’ve got some general pictures of the Moycroft yard back in its ‘heyday’ – getting them scanned will be the problem (maybe).

Would be nice to see them, can you be bribed ZHR?? 😀 :diablo:
