German control column question

I’m trying to restore the gun firing buttons on a war souvenier control column (KG-13A) that if owned for many years. I’ll be considering installing it a currently flying 109 that I’m presently associated with. The plastic(?) buttons in question have aged and become brittle over the years, resulting in chipping and breaking. All switches test OK, but asthetically doesn’t look right. There is a part number stampled on one of the switches, which is:102.56.16. The current control column installation on the 109 utilizes just the flip over “trigger” switch on front of the grip as a transmitter switch for the comm radio. Change over would be simple. Two bolts, two screw down terminals. Perhaps someone here can help.
Bought the thing in the mid sixties from school chum for $5.00. I knew someday it might come in handy.

Rocketeer- I very well may be interested in what you can locate, either what’s on hand or perhaps the possibility or a re-cast.
Herbert, Thanks for the lead, I’ve attempted to contact Horst, no luck yet. The web site does not apperar active. We’ll see.
Just as an aside , this particular 109 may, in the near furture, be appearing at an airshow near you.

Actually the trigger switch is for the guns, the one at the top for the machine guns and the one with the bracket for the bombs.
Ask Horst Rienecker for originals and repros.

Speyer aeromarket is in April, there also might be some originals lying around.
All the best,
Herbert

aeroart seems to be gone:
“Since 31.12.04 AeroArt & Paerts does not longer exsist. The web pages will remain in the net for informational reasons. We thank all our costemers.”

Sorry, I meant recasting the buttons themselves if you have access to another example of the same grip?

I have some recast buttons somewhere and could be persuaded to make some.
The top button is often broken by the trigger being flipped up by the index finger and allowed to bang into the top button!

Thanks for the replies, gents. Jager, the grip itself appears to be cast – top armament switch apparently pressed in. Side button (cannon?) is held in place with a bracket (labeled W-25, add on?). Bruce, I’ve assumed that replacement plastic parts for 60 year old German armament aren’t exactly an off the shelf venture, but that makes the the quest more challenging, eh?

Those switches are like Hens Teeth – there are a load of grips around with false switches in for that reason.
