German F-4F landing with refuel door open?

Hi

I have noticed over the last few years that when ever german F-4F Phantoms are landing the “door” to the refueling slot on the top of the fuselage is open as can be seen on the first picture in this thread:

I havent seen F-4’s from other nations do this.

Does anyone know why they do it??
