Can anybody please give me accurate data or clues on the unit and or uniforms shown below in this shot taken mid 1940 at Calais.

When compared with the enclosed pic, simularity with an Org Todt is almost 100%.

Looks like RAD or Org Todt to me. For sure no WH, LH or Police.
