Giant scale T-33 Thunderbird

Another beautiful scale jet flown by Mick Burrell, a regular show pilot on the UK RC Show circuit. Flying his T-33 Thunderbird with maximum smoke at Wings & Wheels Model Show.

It’s a kit from SkyMaster I think. BUT it comes as a fibre glass shell and all the electronics, retracts, engine and fuel system need to be installed. Quite a big project.

A beautiful scale jet indeed but did he build it from scratch or did it come out of a box? I would really like to know.
