Gilze Rijen Open House IL-22

According to the Dutch daily “The Telegraaf” this morning, a Russian IL-22radar aircraft is expected at the Gilze Rijen Open House this weekend. Is this true, or just something a journalist “invented”. Can anyone give confirmation on this?
