Giving small nosed aircraft BVR capabilitie.

Hi,I would like to discuss the possibility of giving aircraft such as the J/F7, Mig 21 and F5 aircraft beyond visual range capabilitie.
As far as I am aware the Bison upgrade allows the usage of the AA12 adder and it has been said, although I am not convinced myself, that Israeli upgraded F5s can use Derby. I had thought that maybe pakistan could go to south africa and fit A-darter and R-darter AAMs to its F7PGs to provide a limited BVR capabilitie, thoughts?
I have also read that the Grifo radar on the L159 allows a future BVR capabilitie any thoughts on what this could mean?
