Yup it’s the 23 approach, though the Niki shots were taken from further down in Clydebank

Couple from Glasgow… first up was the FlyNiki A321 OE-LEW, think this possibly the last flight of a short season…

With the FlyNiki landing at 1800 and everything looking very quiet, just headed home but as the light was still quite good snapped a couple of the Emirates 340 from my house (one advantage of living under the approach 😀 )

Is that under the 23 or 05 approach ? Judging by the Light it looks like the 23 ?

There is usually something from Austria- think last year it was an Austrian Arrows short series

Nice pictures, You do seem to live to close for comfort under the approach though.

When Niki Lauda started his second airline he originally called it FlyNiki, hence the fly I think

Love the Niki livery. Not seen an A321 yet – looks good in that scheme.

Some nice pics. What a great place to live! I can’t quite figure out why the Niki has what looks like a housefly at the nose end, at least I’m presuming that’s what it is.

Great shots of the NIKI. It wasn’t the last flight though. Brought in a full load of passengers.
