Glasgow – a SAAB in the dark

Stopped by Glasgow to take this, strangely it was sitting in the Exec park being checked over by two engineers.

Notice the light trails of the engineers torch along the port side.

Just for fun, Quick and dirty, I layered the next two shots up……

The streaks in the background are a passing BA aircraft and the wobbly green wing-tip light.

For the tech heads, all photos were taken at 100ISO, f16 at 45 seconds.

Great shots mate. Unusual for a Saab to be parked here, but it sure makes a good photo! Like the details of the torch and the green wningtip light. Well done.

Cheers

Apparently they do sometimes perform pre-flight checks there if the other stands and apron areas are busy. I gather the fact there are a lot of Globespan aircraft sitting around doing nothing hasn’t helped the situation…

Nice one! It is always great to see something unusual, or sightly different. Thank you for sharing
