I flew back from Larnaca last year on OOOZ FCA and I got to say, I was a little concerned hahaha. There was an od vibrating whining noise coming from the No.2 engine all the way back. I’m still here though and it is still flying safely.
On another note of aging Boeings, what about XL’s 767-200 G-BOPB, that has got to be over 20 year old coz I flew to Heraklion on that when it belonged to Britannia when i was a nipper. Still it flies!!!!
I’ll post a pic of it that i took last weekend.

So probably a fair few miles on the clock!!
52203 hours as of 31/12/2007
Monarch’s oldest 757 (G MONB) had 80441 hrs at the same time, so G OOOZ is a relative youngster…

Ah the mighty 757! Such a work horse! Give me a 757 over an Airbus any day!
Wonder how Monarchs 757s have stood the test of time! A few of theres were some of the first off the production line.
