What happened to GLM airlines they said that they were flying to southend from some place in Netherlands but i havn’t heared anything else to do with them?

You are correct Cloud 9, it is still a work in progress and Spring 2012 looks likely as the commencement date. I don’t think EZY on SEN-AMS would worry them much – after all, there is already plenty of ‘competition’ on AMS-London routes – and it is the specific GRQ catchment which will be targeted. If you have ever taken the train from Groningen to Schiphol you will know why a GRQ-SEN route might workwell.

Nothing new as far as I have heard…and their website is still exactly the same as it was six months ago, so I can only assume that its still “work in progress”…
I suppose it depends on whether EZY have their sights set on operating to AMS from SEN when they establish their new base there next year…as this would probably mean GLM would not be able to attract a big enough share of the market.
