The USAF decided to go with Global Hawk to meet its long-range recon needs in lieu of DarkStar. GH had a longer range and a bigger payload/capability while DS had superior stealth w/c would provide greater survivability over hostile territory. Do you think this was the right decision considering the capabilities of hi-performamce SAMs and the risk they pose to GH?
