Does anyone know where the photo archives are located for the above companies. I’m doing some research on the Night Fighter Meteors. I know it’s not BAe. Hope you can help. Doug.

So have I, I flew in the back seat of all 4 NF marks over a 4 year period. Would make a perfect personal a/c, particularly the NF14 with the bubble hood.

The Jet Age Museum has the Russell Adams photographic collection but it’s still in storage at the moment, pending the construction of our archive area over the next few months.

Barry James at the Midland Air Museum may be able to give you some useful pointers re the Armstrong Whitworth material.

Have you tried the Jet Age Museum at Staverton for the Gloster stuff?
