Does anyone have, or know where to find info and images of the rear cockpit of the GA.5 & Javelin?
I’ve been looking everywhere but this is one area that elludes me, even preserved Javelins only seem to have the front cockpit photographed.
Any help and info appreciated.:)

Yes please –o-o-O-o-o–, that would be appreciated.:)
It does seem though that the majority of preserved Javelins seem to have the back seat area partially stripped.
I’m particularly keen to see the radar scope and kit for AI.17 and AI.22 variants.
Maybe someone has pictures from pilots notes etc?

I’ll have a poke around in the back of the Jet Age Museum’s one tomorrow if you like…not sure how complete it is though…

Can I please second Pagen’s request? I am about to start on a model of the Javelin and have been similarly stumped for the Observer/Radar operator position.

I have just acquired copyright to some images of a preserved Javelin cockpit and I “think” there is some images of the rear area.
Drop me a PM with your email address and I will have a look over the weekend for you.
