374 orders for the NEO can’t be bad, I wonder what the order book will be like after the Paris Air Show. Does anyone know the breakeven for the NEO?
GoAir Puts 500 NEOs in Sight

GoAir’s commitment to buy 72 A320NEO (new engine option) narrowbodies — in a deal to be finalized at the Paris air show — puts Airbus within reach of its target of securing at least 500 deals at the end of Le Bourget.
The question now is by how many hundred units the European aircraft maker will surpass its initial target.
GoAir’s deal is the third largest commitment for the NEO. Of the three big deals announced so far only ILFC’s has hit the order book at this point.

I think BA may order some to replace the 737-400’s at Gatwick and the older G-BUS* aircraft.

If they are a new Airbus operator, I wonder what they’re basing their purchase on?
How firm are the NEO performance numbers?
Or it it cost? Financing deals?

Delta is a good guess, they are thinking about ordering 200 aircraft soon.

Delta? Till the takeover of NWA they had no Airbus in their fleet nor any interest to get them.

We’ll soon find out, it is an interesting who’ll make a switch and will it prompt Boeing to announce their plans.

I am pretty sure it won’t be Ryanair or Southwest. On the other hand GECAS is tipped to order the NEO next week, and they own about 280 737s so it could well be GECAS.

Thomson? WestJet? Ryanair? Southwest? GOL?

There is still that speculative NEO order from an “all Boeing” operator isn’t it? Let’s see if that happens in Paris.
