Going Belly-Up

I am interested to find information sources or books on the airline business and particularly those that highlight the reasons that an airline has failed. There are a lot of start-ups that go belly-up after a short period… maybe because of regulatory issues, dirty tricks, poor marketing attitudes or an overall lack of cash.
