Going to Hong Kong

Right boys and girls my Mrs to be and me have just booked our honeymoon for 5 nights in Hong Kong and 7 nights in Phuket.Been to Phuket before so we know the crack there.Just wondering if any of you folks have been to Hong Kong ? If so id like you to suggest good places to visit,dine and whatever else you may think might be fun ? Got a couple of travel guides but i dont think you can beat hands on experience in things like these.So fire at will please !!
