Well I just placed an order through Aviation Retail Direct. They’ve got a good selection that rivals that of Collector’s Aircraft Models if you’re into civil stuff. CAM still has more of the military jets, but I’m pleased with what I found at ARD regardless. Here’s what I ordered:

Western 1/200 Tu-144D, nose up/canards in
Gemini 1/400 An-124, Antonov livery
Aero Classics 1/400 A-50, USSR livery
World Aircraft 1/200 Su-27, PLAAF livery

As it was, I didn’t think I needed a THIRD Tu-144 (the NASA Tu-144LL) in my collection, and the total order was equal to the price of a single Historic Aircraft XB-70 1/200 model, so I went with the Aeroflot Tu-144D and decided to see what other stuff I could find.

They should be here inside of two weeks. Pictures will be posted 😀

The second one looks more detailed, but I like the classic Aeroflot markings on the first one, so, er, dunno… Sorry.
