modern commercial and modern civilian

If you want a good modern civilian download, you might like this nice freeware cessna stationair which can be found here:

http://www.francesim.com/Articles.aspx?C=25&SC=203&NumEnr=1472&Cpt=-1#

It has 4 paints and costum panel, …

Cheers,
J.V.

PS: for those who don’t speak french, you need to click on Télécharger le Cessna 206 Stationair – 8,03 Mo – which can be found at hte bottom of the page.

seahawk,

If you bought FST 2004 you would also consider going over to www.projectai.com as they do “AI” traffic to and this could be a good addition to your FST 2004 to make it seem “as real as it gets”

I feel Avsim is the best around. And its free, and u can use it without all the nodes ever being busy.

Not me, I,m a paying member, but I can understand the frustration. I had that once and I feel stupid about the fact that I need to pay. In the past my internetprovider billed me for each minute I surfed and If I needed to try to login at this site for 30 minutes, it cost me a lot of money. So I only payed the site so that I didn’t need to pay too much to my provider. Easy acces should be free!

I think the bad acces for non paying members is the only (but important) negative point of this site.

The biggest fillebrary on commercial aviation is at www.flightsim.com

I suggest you take a free membership over there and search the file librarys over there. They have excelent airbus planes, cessna citation, cesna 150,… there for FS2004. Also some nice FS2002 planes work fine in FS2004 such as the Jetstream 31 filename jetstr10.zip is very good.
Small airplanes such as robin 400 … can also be found there. Just write the aircrafttype you want in she search page.

Other good freewaresites are:

www.fsfreeware.com
www.simviation.com
www.sim-outhouse.com

I wil browse a bit myself.

www.avsim.com got to file libary, sign up, its free, then browse all the aircraft and scenery there is on it.
For Freeware Airbus A320/321 (soon A319 aswell!), search iFDG
For Freeware 777’s search Meljet
For freeware 747’s and 767’s search POSKY and iFDG

U get my drift:D
Great site, one of the 1st calls of the day every time is to check if there is any new good aircraft or scenery about.
Enjoy
