I am looking for a good home for my Mosquito replica. It would have to be a Museum with indoor display facility. We are looking to LOAN the replica for initially 6 months which may be extended. The aircraft can be delivered and will be collected although we may be looking for some help with the delivery fuel expenses. We need the space to assemble and paint our MKVIII Spit replica and have another scratch replica build planned. Preferably somewhere reasonably close to Somerset although all applications would be considered. Although not perfect she is a great representation of a MKIV Bomber and has a complete functioning interior a great addition to your Museam.

Graham,
Title “tweaked” just a bit so that there is no confusion by the title of the thread that it is a Replica mossie looking for temporary home.

I’ll ask at our museum if their could be any interest in her. The Midland Air Museum has a big following of 605 Aux Sqaudron that flew Mosquito’s during the War.
I myself think it would be good to display item next to the 605 Vampire.
and, perhaps more importantly, over 1000 Mossies were built in Coventry.

Good luck with the re-homing Graham- any number of places should surely be falling over themselves to display such an item?
