Hope to see lots of warbirds at the FoS this year, Would also like too ‘See’ the Italian mongrel that knocked the wing mirror off my truck and explain in crisp terms that driving down the centre of the road while reading a map is not the way too endear yourself too other road users, This aside have a great time all who get the chance too visit. :diablo:

Tom,
Absolutely, Revival Meeting is better for aviation fans. Sitting on the grass bank at the end of the runway is a great way to see both the motor racing and the aircraft.
Cheers

If it’s warbirds you are looking for then Revival Festival in September is the better event.
This years Freddie March Spirit of Aviation enclosure is shaping up to be another outstanding collection and OFMC will be back to provide the Air Displays.
Plane Heritage will be operating the Tiger Moth, Rapide and Dove for pleasure flights again this year.
Tom.

Baz,
According to the website….
On the Friday and Saturday, the Royal Navy Black Cats Helicopter Display Team will thrill us with their spectacular display, and the world-famous RAF Red Arrows will also entertain us on Friday and on Sunday too. Visitors to the show on Saturday will witness a breath-taking fly-by by the Eurofighter Typhoon. There will also be a replica of a 1909 Blériot. Designed by Louis Blériot, a French aviator, inventor and engineer, he completed the first cross-channel flight, receiving a prize of 1000 British pounds for doing so. Blériot is also credited as the first person to make a working monoplane, and was a pioneer of the sport of air racing.
The display is usually around lunchtime for around 20mins.
Cheers
Ralph
