Google Earth – Kaliningrad airbase what are these a/c?

I spotted these a/c at a base in Russia, very close to the Polish border. But what are they?

Google Earth 54°46’14.27″N 20°22’38.95″E

Are they current a/c?

On this base are around 20 SU 27s, a load of helicopters and some Blackjacks? A couple of SU27s appear to be dumped.

Does anyone have more info? Yes I have googled and also searched this forum but couldn’t suss what the three swing wing a/c are.
