GGS Mk IV E
Hi Tim,
Of course. I will send a few images through via email, just let me know if they are suitable, or if there is anything else you need, e.g more detail or closer or?
Best

Hi Paddy,
Don’t have the money, but as you can read in my post just above yours, I am looking for pictures of a MKIVE for a book I am writing about the Fouga Magister. Any chance you could take some for me?

Gunsight GGS MK IV E
Amongst my Dad’s stuff was some trunks of aircraft memorabilia, including a few gunsights.
One of these is a GGS Mk IV E. Reading through this forum it seems that these were fitted to Hunters, Vampires and someone mentioned late model Spits?
If I was to part with this, any ideas of what would be offered for it?

The MK 4E was also used in Fouga Magister jets. Is there anyone here who can provide me with pictures(high res) or a manual of the 4E? I am writing a book and could really use the info :s
Thanks!

MK.4B GGS wanted
Another variant of the MK4 GGS family was the MK4B gyro gun site, as fitted to the DH Hornet and (possibly) the Sea Fury. Does anyone have one for sale/trade?
PM me if anyone has!!!

Alex, your profile says you do not allow e-mails. Can you PM your address to me?
The manual is ready to send – it’s about 4.7Mb in size by the way. 🙂

Alex, I have the manual for the Mk.4E in electronic form if it’s any use to you? I’m not sure if it’s 100% complete but it’s got all the details you should need. I could convert it and send it as a .pdf file (Adobe Acrobat format).
Let me know.
