Reading the book “Air War, South Atlantic” it mentions converting Harrier GR3 for carrier ops. It states these Harriers were drilled in various places to allow sea water to run out as well as other modifications.
Do any pictures exist of this being done, or do any of the aircraft still survive?
In fact do any Falklands War Harriers still survive?
