Great big long menue at the top of this forum page?

I’ve looked everywhere to see if anyone else has posted about this problem, but i’ve not found anything, so i’m starting a thread myself.

Whenever i visit this forum now, there is a huge list/menue at the top of the page, so i have to scroll down really far everytime i visit the forum and also click on anything, or change page.
