A few interesting tidbits…

This one comes directly via e-mail from Lockheed Martin (took them long enough to respond!):

“Greece has selected the Block 52+ version with the F100-PW-229 engine used by several countries.” Looks like we have a winner for the engine. They also told me that the LOAN nozzle depicted in company artwork will not be included.

Greece has also fired an IRIS-T from an F-16.
