Gripen a F-35B Replacement

I did a search but cant find a discussion of this nature here.

How feasible would a navalised Gripen be as a substitute for the F-35B if it gets cancelled?
I understand it is already featutes Hi-AOA low speed approaches with good visability, and that its Gear would require little modification. Would a ski ramp be suitable?
I doubt two seat gripen would be able to be used due to is tandem arrangement and visibility issues. Maybe I am wrong.
It looks like the Gripen has a pretty high ground clearance to allow it to land fully loaded.

Any Thoughts?
