GSh-6 Helmet Question

Hi
Can someone tell me the purpose of this item that’s attached to the pull ring that’s used to tension the front cables to the VKK? Sort of looks like some sort of key but fits nothing on the helmet or suit.

Hello! On your photo personal dosimeter ID-11. to GSH-6 has nothing to do. Someone just tied him to the ring.

Could it be a deflator tool – I have something similar for schrader valves on tyres>
