Guantanamo Bay

Today, two Belgian citizens have been returned from Guantanamo Bay back to Belgium. Normally, one could expect if a country brings back prisoners to another country (US–> Belgium) they offer a list of accusations why they kept the prisoners captive. However, the US Dept. of Justice (or the DoD???) didn’t find this necessairy. So they just brought back those two Belgian citizens without any explenations. Why were they kept 3 years in Cuba and are now returned home? Don’t you think at least our gov’t or our justice should have the right to know the reason why two of our citizens were kept captive?
