Well, it is indeed Auckland, The ships are:

HMNZS’ Te Kaha, Te Mana, Endeavour and Resolution, Wellington and Canterbury
HMAS’ Brisbane, Anzac, Arunta, Sydney, Farncomb and Geelong
FNS La Glorieuse

Hard game.
I can recognize 4 Meko 200 ANZAC frigates, 1 Floreal survey frigate, 1 OH Perry frigate (probably Adelaide class), 1 NZ Leander frigate, 1 Collins submarine. The small patrol vessel alongside the Floreal is perhaps a P400 …
