I’d say it’s definately Typhoon, Tempest or Sea Fury, you can tell by where the flaps join the fusalage and wing fillet. The latter pic showing the inner U/C doors and yellow is swinging me more towards Tempest though. Not the RAFMs T.T. example is it?

What kind of flying machine?

….would it be one of the flying machines much beloved of ‘Whirlybirds’ and ‘M.A.S.H’ ? a Bell 47G type helio-thingummyjig? …and either it was suspended from a ceiling or you were on your back with a VERY wide lens…;)

Color is white so I’ll say Short Sunderland, just to be the most “out there” in guessing.

Given the OP asked what type of flying machine, rather than what type of aircraft…. a very off the wall suggestion a Blue Steel Missile?

With a light on it and the construction technique of Wallace and Gromit?!

I’m thinking Sea Fury but I didn’t think they appeared in white.

It’s not the underside of the replica of that Delta Dart thingy, their equivalent of the TSR-2 and treated with the same disdain by their government.
