That’s great to hear! I always hope the foreign airlines operating into Ireland are doing well, it’s just nice to have a bit of variety in the long-haul market. I wonder will we be hearing of any other foreign long-haul carrier operating to Dub from the middle/far east??

ya it’s a pity allright, Gulf Air are, in my opinion, one of the most interesting operators serving Ireland at the moment given that they’re the only airline, bar EI, serving the middle east. And while the sight of Aer Lingus’ A330s are always impressive, it’s nice to see foreign medium/long haul operators taking an interest in the Irish market and not simply offering Irish passengers connections via Heathrow!!!! 🙂 I know BHX would have alot of these but you could still be able to see the American ‘heavies’ at DUB such as the B767S of Delta, American Airlines and Air Canada, the B757s of continental plusn the previously mentioned A330s of EI! 🙂
