Gun Charger

Hi
Does anyone know what type of aircraft this plate comes from?
Apart from being american i dont know anything about it.
I have seen guncharger controls on aircraft such as Martlet/Wildcat but not a plate like this.

Any ideas? 🙂 :confused:
