Gun turret tarp cover

I’ve got one of the above its either a M/U or nose turret cover but not sure.

The code is 27D 2144 can someone give me any more gen?

I know the 27D is for misc a/c cover equip but does anyone know if the 2144 gives anymore gen i.e. what a/c type or location?
