Congratulations. You missed the point entirely. The mess, which is most definitely a mess, was caused by dumping related to ATOMIC WEAPON CONSTRUCTION. NOT nuclear power generation. That’s my point; you’re confusing the two issues. Sellafield was much more than just a power plant. You’ve got a pretty personal argument against nuclear weapons, but you’re misdirecting it to nuclear power.

no it wasnt just dumping to do with weapons production…the problem is that Sellafield conducted and to the best of our knowledge continues to conduct experiments with regard to production and disposal ….the problem is that sellafield continues to handle nuclear waste from all over the world..the problem is that there are repeated shut downs due to tech faults… and the problem continues to be a lack of proper regulation of the industry nor just Weapons production
