Halifax BB214 103 Squadron

The above aircraft was shot down on 29th Aug 1942 and currently lays in the Lacher see near Andernach Germany.
Five of the seven crews families are in touch, we seek the remaining two families. Pilot Officer Vincent Merrill Macdonald Morrison, R.C.A.F. J/8627. Age 19 yrs. Vincent’s parachute failed to open and he now rests in Rheinberg war cemetery.
Alongside Vincent is crew member Sgt. John Louis Maclachlan. R.A.F. 1563387. Age 21yrs.
John was South African, I believe from the Transvaal region, although this may not be correct.
