Halifax Dataplate ID please

Hoping the forum can help please.

I have a Halifax data plate that has come from an unknown wreck. Some parts of the plate have corroded so there are elements that are indistinct, as indicated by the dots*. What I can read is as follows: –

DRG NO 5749 8…..B..2
SER NO NCO FM/D/1174
ISS K

AID F….D

Can anyone identify what sub-assembly it might have originated from? Thanks.
