Hi all
Classic Flight have been invited to display our DC-6 at this years Hamburg Airport Classics show between 14th and 16th September. This will be one of several displays G-APSA will perform in 2007 following it’s summer maintenance.
On the back of this, we are now looking at the possibility of sending a DC-3 across to the event which would allow us to take passengers into the show with us. Obviously we need to try and fill the aircraft to make this worthwhile, so we are inviting people who would like to do this to register their interest now and once we reach the required numbers we’ll confirm the flight.
We expect the cost to be in the region of £300 for the flights and all passengers will be offered a special rate on hotel accommodation.
Hamburg have kindly allowed us to preview the participation list so here is what you could expect to see:

Several British enthusiasts have already registered their interest but I guess Classic Flight/Air Atlantique could still use some more!
The last edition of Hamburg Airport Classics was back in September 2003 and apart from the Aviodrome’s Dakota Fly-In in May 2006 no major propliner event has been staged in Europe since…

Great news that the DC-6 is in demand for displays.
You mention that she is booked for several displays this year, can you confirm which ones she is going to be at?

What a great show, unfortunately I am in the other end of the country and will certainly be in Canada on that day, unless I am in Mexico!:D
