Hi All,
Excellent news for us enthusiasts lets hope it’s the first of many, many more to come beyond their current inventory and let others learn how it’s done with
rare warbirds, all that aside it is an obvious show piece for their skills for potential rare warbird restoration and engineering skills 10/10.:eagerness:

Not seen the two Facebook videos, thanks for posting. I get very confused with all these 109Gs at Meier, does anyone know which Werknummer this is?
Is this the fuselage that was built by Craig Charleston?
@Tin Triangle: WNr. is 440738, a G-6 built by WNF, lost over Austria. More or less dataplate reconstruction with new Hartmair fuselage, done by Michael Rinner, Austria. Sold to Hangar 10 late last year, not a Buchon conversion!
@Mike J: No, this fuselage was a newbuilt one by Hartmair Leichtbau, Freising/Germany. Wings reportedly built in Hungary, but no reliable info on that one, only rumours.
