Just chatting to the cleaner at work and she told me a fascinating story of her Dad who was accidently taken aloft hanging on to the tailplane of a Fairey Battle , possibly whilst serving in Iceland (the Country not the supermarket!) anyone who can cast a light on this? his surname was Luton.
